1. Pressure Wash

We recommend pressure washing 1-2 days before painting for exterior painting projects. This gives us a clean canvas, free of dust and debris. This also gives the paint better adhesion when applied.

2. Cover & Protect Property

We take the time to cover and protect the property being painted and the surrounding areas.

3. Preparation & Maintenance

This includes caulking and spackling gaps, cracks and nail holes. We also recommend caulking throughout the property to give a longer lasting product and a beautiful finish.

4. Scraping & Sanding

This step is most critical for areas that have peeling or flaking paint.

5. Priming & Painting

Using primer is a great solution for a variety of problems for interior and exterior painting projects.

We most often recommend two coats of paint application. This creates the best finish and a final product that will last.

6. Client Walkthrough

We don’t consider our painting project finished until we have completed a walkthrough of the property with a satisfied owner or manager.

7. Clean Up

As a team we want to leave your property tidy each day of the project, followed by a thorough cleaning before the final walkthrough. Our main concern is to leave the property looking better than when we arrived.
